Bradford Safeguarding Children Board commissioned a Serious Case Review after becoming aware of the death of Hamzah Khan in September 2011. This review was published on 13 November 2013.

Answers to the questions set by the Department for Education
Bradford Safeguarding Children Board has responded to Edward Timpson MP, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Children and Families at the Department for Education, to answer questions he raised regarding the Hamzah Khan Serious Case Review.
